We accept four orders a month. Every citation is created by hand, and rushing them is exactly what turns them into bad citations. When the slots fill up, you go on a waiting list and we let you know as soon as there’s room.

Can I choose exactly which directories you submit my business to?+
Yes, that’s the whole idea. You check the opportunities from your own analysis and we only work on those. No fixed bundles with directories you didn’t choose.
What happens if a directory rejects the submission?+
We let you know and replace it with another opportunity from your list, at no cost. Some directories require phone or mail verification that only the owner can complete; in those cases we tell you before we start.
Are the citations mine?+
Yes. We give you the credentials for every listing. You can edit them, update them or take them down whenever you want, whether or not you stay with us.
Can I order this every month?+
You can, as long as there’s room. But we’ll be honest with you: it’s better to place one well-chosen order and see what happens than to order every month as a matter of routine.
What exactly does the creation guarantee cover?+
If a citation we created disappears from the directory, we create it again without you paying twice. We check first, and the check matters: we need to see that the removal came from the directory itself—because it purged listings, changed its policy or shut down—and not from a change made from your account. When we finish, we hand you the credentials for every listing, so the listing is also in your hands and in the hands of anyone with access to them. A listing deleted from the inside isn’t a submission failure, and redoing it is a new order.
What if I already have citations with the wrong data?+
Fixing them is a different job, and almost always slower than creating a new one, because it depends on the directory giving you back access. Write to us and we’ll look at it case by case.
If the turnaround includes 15 days for indexing, do you guarantee that Google will index them?+
No, and it’s worth being clear about this: nobody can guarantee that Google will index a page, or when. Those 15 days are the buffer we give ourselves before closing the order, not a date Google has promised us. What we do know is that a citation takes weeks to get indexed, if it gets indexed at all.
How long until I notice anything?+
We won’t give you a date, because nobody can. Citations are a supporting signal, and they show alongside the rest of your work, not on their own.
